Dance With Me Katy offers a recurring SMS program to provide updates about classes, events, and promotions.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your preferences and our class schedules. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by major carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to opt in to our SMS program.

5. Class Policies

Attendance

Students are expected to arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may be denied entry at the instructor's discretion.

Cancellations

Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class.

Behavior

All participants must maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates this policy.

Payment for classes and services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

7. Health and Safety

By participating in our dance classes and activities, you acknowledge that:

• Physical activity carries inherent risks
• You are in good health and able to participate
• You will inform instructors of any health conditions or limitations
• You participate at your own risk

8. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dance With Me Katy, its owners, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained by any person while participating in our activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our classes, including but not limited to choreography, teaching methods, and materials, is the property of Dance With Me Katy and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
